Return Policy
1. Return Window: You have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to return items for any reason.
2. Condition: To receive a cash refund, items must be unopened and in new condition. Opened items are eligible for store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Closeout, add-ons, flash sales, pre-order specials, and opened food items are non-returnable unless stated otherwise. All sales are final in these cases.
4. Defective or Damaged Items: We'll replace or exchange defective or damaged items.
5. Initiate a Return: To start a return, complete our online form. You'll need your receipt or order number, a photo of the item in question, and a description of the issue.
6. Approval Process: Return requests require approval before refunds can be issued.

- Drop off your item at one of our locations.
- Eligible for a return shipping label.
8. Refund Process: Once we inspect and approve the return:
- Your purchase amount will be refunded to your payment method.
- Alternatively, you can opt for store credit.

10. Fee Refunds: Delivery, shipping, transactional, and convenience fees will be reviewed and refunded on a case-by-case basis.
